I started working as a Realtor about 5 years ago in Charlotte to supplement my income as a Math and Engineering instructor at a local High School. My passion has always been to help people, and frankly, I did enjoy teaching. However, with my future in front of me looking as though I would always carry two or even three jobs to support a family, teaching full time was going to be tough. I soon found myself working with The Sciranko Team. Justin, Tonya and Renee have been nothing short of amazing to work with. The focus of the team was, and is still, in line with how I would prefer my career to be; family and helping others. I never feel like I'm pushing to close the next deal, chasing cold leads, or selling someone something to hit those numbers. I'm putting a family, a young couple of first time home buyers, a retiree and their dog, a single mom, a vet, or a guy relocating for a new job in their home. Some want to find the last home they'll ever buy and others are looking for guidance on the first home and need help with what can be a quite daunting and stressful process. After a few years working with the team I found myself making the decision to go full time as a Realtor. Seeing the success come was almost a shock. My intentions were to simply sell a few houses each year to friends and family to help makes ends meet and now, with a group of supportive team members, I'm able to focus all of my time and energy in one career. The feeling of being a part of a great team, helping others, helping their family and friends and helping them sell and buy again is what makes this career great! A paycheck is necessary, but a rewarding career is precious.
I look forward to many more years of bringing buyers and sellers together and working with some of my favorite people.
